Good morning, TWFFriends! I plan on doing a little beer drinking myself today.
Nothing says "summer break" like day drinking.

Cheers to your next gig, Miss Mine!

Thank you and cheers, Marco, Terry, Mel.

I got 30 red roses! That's a first. And two bottles of wine. And a gift card.

Wonderful day.

Now I need a permanent job so I can make some choices regarding my future.

Wow! They must have really enjoyed working with you :D

Hope you can find something new and permanent soon. Not knowing what's coming next is an anxious feeling...

Good morning!

My son's last day of the school year today. My first day as unemployed (well, I still have my tiny library job).

Yes. So many big things in my life are on hold because I don't have a permanent job.

Good morning & I'll take it. Thanks Mel. Got one text so far from one of my boys who is currently traveling in Sweden so he's a few hours ahead. Now, where's that Kahlua?

Yesterday I said to G:
"Tomorrow is Father's Day ..."
G: "You're not my father"
Knocked on the kids' door ... "It's Father's Day tomorrow!"
Kids: "So?"
So much for breakfast in bed. Love my family!! :D
Visited Mum today, told her ... she cracked up ...

An early good morning to you all.

Good morning.

Fathers day here in Norway is in November. Not that our kids care.

It's pissing down and I am drinking tea with my kid who got home from England this morning.

We could use some of that rain...

It's very very hot the last few days, they predict up to 35°C this week.
It hasn't rained for a long time, everything is dry, the grass alonside the canal is hay...

Ithasn't rained properly in months basically, farmers are at their wits end, they starte pumping water form basins and canals las week to be able to water their crops, they aren't allowed to do that anymore now because there's simply not enough water available...

Help yourself! It keeps pouring out of the sky, so now you know where it went.

Good morning.
