(Just so we won't forget)

I think we should get a huge flake of an old American car, you know the ones with sofas instead of individual seats.
And a huge old tank so we can cruise for a considerable time before having to refuel.
Convertible, perhaps?

Personally I'd love to see the Mojave desert at nightfall. The Joshua trees against the darkening skies.
And the sunrise at Zabriskie Point could be another goal. I know a place just outside of Death Valley, in Pahrump, where they serve the worst coffee on the planet (it's so bad it's free!), but the place has a certain ambiance to it.
Monument Valley has been on my list for years, perhaps worth a visit?

A good stereo is necessary, as is Tony's ipod loaded with good music! I guess we could get down to the playlists later, but I think The Doors is required for a trip like this, as is a healthy dose of Jimi. Burma Shave. Maybe some early Floyd. Jane's Addiction for the traffic jams. We can figure out the details later.

Confirmed so far:

- Tony F
- Minefield
- Ruuntje
- GéJé

Of course!

A car can fill up, of course, but I don't see why we shouldn't expand to two, or more, cars.
Unless they've got ways of cloning people in San Diego nowadays we can't all be with Tony F, though.
I'm calling shotgun on this one, though, since it was my idea. :P
