G had the day off, we decided to do an Amsterdam Arts Trip ... hadn't been to the Rijksmuseum in years.
First a little lunch with Merlot and old Amsterdam jenever ....
Magical ... the Rembrandts, the Vermeers ... etc

What a wonderful way to spend a free day. Excellent photographs! I especially like the last one: the day watch watching the Night Watch. :mrgreen:
Top bad most of the Rijksmuseum was closed for renovation when I was there in 2012, but at least I got to see part of it.
