Yea ... Wilders here, but we don't hear much from him, because all other parties ruled him out.
4 parties are still trying to form a government ... the elections were in March!
We haven't beat the Belgians yet though ... "541 days of negotiations"

Good luck beating that one, must be an intergalactic record... those were fun times reading the political news in the papers, one day we're close to a government, the next they have to start all over again because one of the actors' armpitch felt itchy...

I'm surprised more people don't give me this greeting on a regular basis :P

I'm actually having a terrible time deciding what show to see tonight. But I will see something for sure. There's eight possibilities on the calendar.

Good morning all.

A poem:

Standing bare foot in the sand. I watch the sun quenched into the sea. The sky has turned copper and cobalt, as a titanium manifold through the heat of combustion. The stars are still settled on the ocean, not yet set into the sky. They twinkle and dance on the wave. Each lap of her foam frills inches nearer my toes, in time her cold fingers shift the sand beneath my soles, my toes begin to sink. I strain for balance as the ocean draws up, pushing and pulling me. I see the stars are now filling the sky, the last ocean’s twinkles take flight. As the last one takes it’s place, darkness covers me, with not one regret.

Good morning wonderful peeps!

I'm sorry to hear about the election results. The feeling is strange when one has a small bit of relief that there were fewer voting for tyrants. Hang in there, Ranja. My daughter was more than welcome to move here when DT was elected. She & her husband we're actually here when the voting results came in. Jackie decided to stay in the States, as she felt she could be a person to help make a difference. She messaged me recently making sure it was ok to move here if they needed to, as things were becoming very scary there. As if she needed to ask! :D Just having the reassurance helped her fear to quell somewhat. Best wishes for the job search too, Ranja!

At least there is good music to help our souls & minds.

The yurts were beautiful! One was from Mongolia & 3 others from China. We think we're going to get an English made one from Cornwall, which is a bit taller than the traditional yurts. Watch this space!

Ruune, I watched Pink Floyd Live at Pompeii at Gatwick airport the first time i visited the UK, as it was my last day before flying home & I didn't have money for a BnB, so slept in the airport. It was fantastic! I hope Dave Gilmour is just as good. I enjoyed a concert of his in the 80s.

Have a spectacular day, peeps! Hugs!

Don't laugh. It was over TWO months! And I'm going to miss his next show because of my surgery... he'll think I don't love him any more. :P

I have it marked on my calendar to remind you about that Isbell show... should I add the late set?

Marc will take his seat and feel a discomfort, something, someone is missing. It will not be the same.

Good morning all.

Nope, I'm going on Friday the 3rd, in Brussels, with Rudiger. Can't wait, really.
And of course I remember. An absolutely lovely concerts.
I keep listening to the recording from time to time. The version of Into The Mystic which he played blows my mind every time.
Maybe I should ask Jason to play it again in AB? Do you think he would? Too big to play covers now, I guess.

A late good morning! It's major house cleaning day here; sort of a reverse Spring Cleaning. Wish me luck, ha!

Good luck

And good morning.

There was an old lady in Worthing
Her husband was always gurning
He did it again one day
His nose blew away
And now his glasses don't fit.
